Our Agent Support team has been trained to understand the real estate process and is able to proactively react to issues that may come up.
They are more than transactions coordinators. They can assist in setting up new listings before they go live. Prep documents for buyer and seller meetings, and can assist along the way with documents needed by title or the lender.
The process starts with a simple email to the Agent Support Team. We have templates for every type of request you can imagine! The request is added to the queue, and you'll get an update email when the request has been completed!
During the transaction, the Agent Support team can jump in at any time. Keep them cc'd on all communications between you, the other agent, the lender, and title, and they can handle requests as they come up, sometimes even before you see the email!
Agent Support can assist all the way to the closing table. Assisting in setting up closing, facilitating closing confirmations and arranging your loop for closing. They help all the way until you get your commission check!
Kim Shivers has been a licensed agent and broker in the past and she handles the transactions in support of our agents. She is a great contact for pending files and active listings. She has become a great resource for our agents and clients alike.
Tara Keck handles the backoffice functions for Port City Associates. Including commission processing, REAP payments, general accounting functions, and she assists in agent onboarding.
