City2Shore's revolutionary REAP (Real Estate Advantage Plan) revenue-sharing program allows our agents to supplement their commission income with passive income. When you sponsor an agent into ANY C2S office across the country, and they close a transaction, you earn money. it is a set percentage of the revenue that their brokerage is SHARING with you.
Many brokerages have a profit share program. But that can be unpredictable and inconsistent. For example, if the brokerage needs to perform capital improvements to the building, their technology, or equipment; the bottom line for the office is affected, thus affecting your potential earned profit share.
With our revenue-sharing program, you will know exactly what you're getting as long as you know the dollar value of the deal closing, and the commission percentage being earned. The REAP split is performed simultaneously to the brokerage receiving their income. So instead of the brokerage paying a share of inconsistent monthly/yearly profits, you are receiving a share of revenue from each transaction, paid out immediately.
